"I visited a few bridal shops from big city center ones to smaller ones in my hunt for the perfect dress and Emma Hartley was by far the best. Their customer service was second to none, at no point was I rushed into making a decision, or egged on to try on anything I didn't want to.

At the start of the appointment, Emma sat down with me and worked out what dresses I liked the look of from photographs and what styles would work well with my venue and budget. It was a unique approach but one that had me and my mum really relaxed and made us feel like we were in really good hands. I left the store feeling wonderful, not just because of the congratulatory glass of bubbly we were offered once we'd bought the dress!

I'd highly recommend this store for first rate service and a gorgeous selection of gowns! "
